Ordering & Shipping
How long will it take to process and ship my order?
Orders are hand-poured in small batches and ready for pickup or shipment within 1–3 business days after payment clears.
Do you offer local pickup in Dracut, MA? How does it work?
Yes—select Local Pickup in Dracut, MA at checkout. Then reply to your confirmation email to book a pickup appointment at our private office. Please bring your confirmation email and a photo ID.
Which carriers do you use, and do you ship internationally?
We currently only of local pickup. We do plan to ship via USPS domestic only and do not plan to offer international shipping.
What should I do if my package is lost or arrives damaged?
Inspect immediately. If it’s damaged, email info@radi-ence.com with photos within 48 hours so we can file a USPS claim and arrange a replacement or refund. If it’s lost, contact USPS with your tracking number, and email us for next steps.
Products & Ingredients
Where do you source your ingredients, and are they sustainably harvested?
We source from reputable wholesalers who follow sustainable practices whenever possible. Every label lists the exact origin and harvesting details.
Are your products certified cruelty-free or vegan?
All Radi-ence skincare is certified cruelty-free, and our formulas are vegan-friendly (no animal-derived ingredients).
What is the typical shelf life, and how should I store my products?
Use within 12 months of purchase. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat or sunlight.
Do your formulas contain common allergens (nuts, gluten, soy, essential oils)?
Some products use nut-derived oils and essential oils. Please check each product’s full ingredient list on its label or product page, and contact us if you have specific allergy concerns.
Usage & Skin Concerns
Which products are best for sensitive, oily, dry, or combination skin?
Sensitive: Fragrance-free lotions and oils
Oily: Lightweight body oils
Dry: Rich shea-butter lotions
Combination: Balance with lighter serums plus spot-treatment oils
Always patch-test first.How do I perform a patch test?
Clean and dry a small skin area (e.g., inner forearm). Apply a pea-size amount, wait 24 hours, and check for redness or irritation.
Can I use your products while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Generally yes, unless otherwise noted. If you have concerns, please consult your physician before use.
In what order should I use your products in my routine?
Apply lightest formulas first (serums), then lotions in the morning. Use body oils at night on clean, dry skin. Always finish with sunscreen in the daytime.
Do your products interact with prescription skincare or acne treatments?
We recommend checking with your dermatologist or physician before combining treatments.
Returns, Exchanges & Guarantees
What is your return policy for unopened products?
Unopened, unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is paid by the customer; original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Why can’t opened skincare be returned?
For hygiene and safety—you cannot resell products once their seal is broken.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email info@radi-ence.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). We’ll send you instructions to drop-off or a prepaid label if the item is defective or we made an error.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds post to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

How do I apply a discount code or gift card?
Enter your code in the Discount field at checkout before completing payment.
Can I subscribe for regular deliveries at a discounted price?

How do I update my address or payment details?
